About
One company, two products, one accountable result.
Acta, LLC exists to make finance functions dependable and then to hand them over. Acta CFO supplies the leadership. Acta AI supplies the machinery. The intended end state is a customer whose own team runs the function well.
Why it is built this way.
Most of the market sells one part of this. A staffing firm sells the person and leaves when the contract ends. A software company sells a tool and leaves you to operate it. A consultancy sells a project and leaves a document.
Each one leaves the same gap. The company still has to run finance every month, with whoever is left and whatever was actually built.
Acta sells the leadership, the machinery, and the training as one thing, deployed inside the customer's own systems. That is a deliberate commercial choice: it means the work has to survive our departure to have been worth buying.
It also means the platform is not rented. It is installed where the customer's data already lives and it stays there.
The people.
Named individuals stay accountable. Automation changes how the work gets done, not who answers for it.
Justin Britt
A CPA who has held finance leadership inside operating companies and built the platform that now runs beneath the seat. Works with sponsor-backed businesses on the close, reporting, lender packages, and cash, and leads the technology.

How we work.
Someone signs
Every number that leaves the building was approved by a named person who can explain it.
Written down first
Processes are documented and confirmed by the people who perform them before anything is automated.
One definition
A metric means one thing everywhere it appears. Reports that disagree are treated as a defect.
Built to hand over
The measure of a good engagement is that the customer needs less of us at the end than at the start.
