What this site collects.
This statement covers the sites of Acta, LLC and its brands: Acta CPA, Acta CFO, and Acta AI. It is written to be read, not to cover us. Effective September 6, 2026.
What we collect
- Contact forms. Where a site has a form, it asks for your name, work email, company, and a short message. Submissions go to our CRM, HubSpot, so a partner can reply and remember the conversation. Nothing else is inferred from them.
- A HubSpot cookie on the sites that carry a form. It tells us which pages a visitor saw before writing to us. It is not shared with advertisers and we do not run ad networks.
- Edge logs. Cloudflare serves these sites and keeps short-lived request logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and uptime. We do not build profiles from them.
- Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which sees the request like any web server does.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep the email.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not send marketing you did not ask for. We do not use third-party analytics beyond the HubSpot cookie described above.
Client data
Financial and personnel data we handle for a client under an engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement and any data-handling terms in it, never by this page.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will, subject to what the law requires us to keep. Blocking cookies in your browser does not break these sites.
